Qualifier Series: Tuesday/Th​ursday Workouts w/Coach Gross

Reminder to all those participating in the Qualifier Series:

If you are participating in the Qualifier Series, please remember that you will need to submit your proof of fitness training as per the Athlete Selection Criteria.

Coach Nick has volunteered his personal time and is holding fitness training sessions FREE of charge every Tuesday and Thursday morning at the MHS gym 5:45am-7am in order to help you meet this part of the criteria - FREE OF CHARGE. In order for him to justify continuing this program, he requires that a minumum of six people continue to participate at each session.

If you would like Coach Gross and NMIVA to continue this program, please help us so that we can help you! Show up for the workouts and bring a friend...

p.s. you can show up even if you are not participating in the Qualifier Series for a great workout, which will help you improve your volleyball game regardless
