Chloe Kosack (left) and Keoki DLG Pangelinan (right) are the winners for the Most Improved Players (MIPs) in the 8-13 age group for the first half of the 2012-2013 beach clinic training season. NMIVA's volunteer National Coach, Russ Quinn (center right) along with several other assistant volunteer coaches selected Chloe and Keoki for their hard effort, sportsmanship and dedication to showing up at practices. NMIVA President, Laurie Peterka (center left) presented Chloe and Keoki with practice volleyballs as their award and encouraged them to keep the ball flyin' even during the mid-season break.

Julie Muna (right) and Angel Sound (not pictured) with Coach Russ (left) are the winners for the Most Improved Players (MIPs) in the 8-13 age group for the first half of the 2012-2013 beach clinic training season. Coach Russ noted that Julie's dedication and enthusiasm brings a lot of good energy to practices. Coach Russ also noted that the improvements that Angel Sound has made over the last 18-months of practicing are the most significant because not only has Angel's volleyball game improved, but he is in better shape and an inspiration to so many others who are coming out to play for the first time.

NMIVA will be awarding four (4) volleyballs each half of the season to one male and one female player in each age division. Beach clinics take place Weds 4-6pm and Sat 8am-10am weekly.
