NMIVA recently received an invitation from Toyoda-san, Managing Director of FIVB Volleyball Academy Japan (VAJ), offering coaches the opportunity to participate in an FIVB Coaches Training Course. This course is an opportunity to earn your FIVB Level I & II Coaching certifications and is open to all NMIVA members interested in attending.

 

Participation/enrollment cost is US$400 per person. Course dates are Aug 8-20 (13 days) and run 9am to 9pm daily, except on 8th, 14th, and 20th of August (see attached schedule). NMIVA has inquired with VAJ about assistance with lodging, meals and participation fees, unfortunately none are available at this time. For more information please see attachments.

NOTE: A reimbursement of participation fees is available to NMIVA members who will commit to a minimum of one year of coaching in the CNMI upon successful completion of this course. Go to the course in Japan, earn your certificate, come back and provide copies of your certifications to NMIVA and you will be given a reimbursement for the US$400 participation fees.
