FIVB VCP Referee Course next week

Northern Mariana Islands Volleyball Association (NMIVA) in cooperation with the Federation International de Volleyball (FIVB) Technical Development office is hosting a FREE course next week focused on indoor refereeing.

This course is FREE and open to the public. Recommended for phys/ed teachers, coaches, parents and players who want to learn more. 

NMIVA has requested that PSS offer professional development credit hours and is awaiting formal approval. The full course consists of 24-contact hours. Participants must participate from the beginning to the end of the course as well as complete the written and practical exams to receive certification. 

The theoretical portion of this course will be held at the MHS gym classroom. The final practical portion of this course will take place at the Ada Gym. Youth athletes are being invited to attend a single elimination indoor event to assist with referee course participants final exam.*
